adequate stay but some issues noted
distant room slow service
the location of this hotel was acceptable.
The room i had was quite far from the elevator. I requested a room closer to the lobby. instead, the staff offered a smaller room on a lower floor. This was not what i wanted. breakfast was also delayed. It took twenty minutes for coffee to arrive.

Lovely Stay!
great location gorgeous room
The location was amazing, offering easy access to local attractions! Staff members were helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any request. I especially liked that the hotel upgraded my room through Am Ex. The nearby Brasserie offered delicious meals, recommended even by local restaurant owners
The terrace bar service was notably slow. I patiently waited to be seated, but I was ignored by an arrogant waiter. It created an unwelcome start to an otherwise amazing stay

The concierge team was very accommodating, ready to handle every request, and provided excellent assistance. Staff members were friendly and were great too ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.

The fitness room was well equipped and open 24/7, and this proved very convenient. A rooftop bar offered snacks and drinks with excellent views. The hotel also has a luxurious spa that provides relaxing treatments.

The rooms included comfortable beds and were well kept. I liked the premium amenities offered. An upgrade provided a spacious Ambassador Suite with lovely views.

Breakfast provided many options and the service was really good. The hotel's Brasserie was a great choice, with locals recommending it. The rooftop restaurant offered great snacks and cocktails with excellent city views.
