the location of this hotel was acceptable.

The room i had was quite far from the elevator. I requested a room closer to the lobby. instead, the staff offered a smaller room on a lower floor. This was not what i wanted. breakfast was also delayed. It took twenty minutes for coffee to arrive.

The location was amazing, offering easy access to local attractions! Staff members were helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any request. I especially liked that the hotel upgraded my room through Am Ex. The nearby Brasserie offered delicious meals, recommended even by local restaurant owners

The terrace bar service was notably slow. I patiently waited to be seated, but I was ignored by an arrogant waiter. It created an unwelcome start to an otherwise amazing stay
